Orders:

How do I order custom signage?

  • Please email craftsbtcanal@gmail.com or complete the order form on our website.

Can I bundle the signage or request a custom item?

  • Yes, you can bundle multiple items on our website.

What is the current lead time?

  • Current lead time is 4-6 weeks. If your custom item required customer template approval then, please allow up to 2 additional weeks.

Do you offer rush orders?

  • Yes, please contact us for more information.

Shipping:

  • All US orders over $150 ships free. For orders under $150, we offer flat rate shipping. Pick Up may be available for certain items.

  • If for some reason you submitted the wrong shipping information, please email craftsbtcanal@gmail.com right away to see if we can make changes to the shipping address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Our lead time is 4-6 weeks. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once your order has been marked as shipped, it is in the couriers hands. Because of this we can’t provide you with an exact date. Please keep in mind when ordering an custom item.

Return Policy:

  • Due to the nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.

  • Damaged items: We're terribly sorry to hear that. We take careful consideration when packing our orders, but this can occasionally happen during transit. Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. Include a photo and description of the damage. Keep the original packaging.

Linen Signage Care:

  • Linen -To prevent the linen from getting dirty, keep it wrapped until your event. If your sign is wrinkled, use a hand steamer to smooth it out. If you choose to iron your sign, avoid ironing directly on the lettering. Instead, flip the design face down and use the lowest heat setting with minimal steam. Do not machine wash or bleach your sign. To clean, hand wash and hang dry, or spot clean if necessary.
