Return Policy:
We do not accept cancellations or returns, due to the handmade and customized nature of our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please double-check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing. Current lead time is 2-3 weeks for any custom mock up/template. Once approved by our customers, our current lead time is 5-6 weeks. For rush orders, please email us directly prior to purchasing on our website. Thank you!

When your order is complete you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it's in the couriers' hands. Because of this we can not guarantee the exact date your order will arrive to you. Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing. Thank you!
